General Return Conditions

  • Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in saleable condition. Items should be in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered and traceable service to ensure the safe return of your package.
  • Dispute Resolution: Alma de Ace reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

UK Returns

How to Return:

Start your return process via our UK Returns Portal.
For size exchanges, please note that in cases where the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a refund if the return is initiated within 30 days.

Shipping Notes:

  • Exchanges for UK orders will be shipped free of charge.
  • Ensure your returned package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

International Returns

How to Return:
To begin the process, please visit our International Returns Portal and enter your order number and associated email address. Follow the instructions to select the item(s) for return and generate your shipping label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds for International Orders:
Customers will be refunded the amount paid for the returned item(s), minus the return shipping fee.
Important: Duties and customs fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. You may contact your local customs agency for assistance with reclaiming these fees.

Customs Declaration:
Clearly label your package as “RETURNED ITEMS” to avoid additional customs charges.


Exchanges

UK Domestic Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for UK orders. Start your exchange process through the Returns Portal . Once approved, follow the instructions to return your item.

Cost: Exchanges sent back out are shipped free of charge.

International Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Instead, you may request a refund via our International Returns Portal and place a new order on our website. This ensures no unexpected duties or taxes are incurred on the replacement order.


Exclusions

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
