Can I Return My Order?

Register the item(s) you wish to return using our online portal.

UK returns: https://almadeace.returns.international/

Once the process is complete, you will receive a returns label.

We will happily exchange your item or issue you a refund for all or part of your order.
They must arrive back to us no later than 30 days from the delivery date.

Can I Get Free Shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping on orders over £125

Can I Buy Now and Pay Later?

We offer both Klarna and Clearpay/Afterpay which allows you to spread your payment over a period of time.

Do I Have to Pay Import Duty?

EU orders are sent with the duty paid. So, there are no extra charges.

When importing items to outside of the UK, this will normally trigger a customs inspection. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order.

Customs may or may not charge an import duty. This is outside of our control. Usually its included in order.

We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

Please note that you will always be responsible for paying any import charges.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders are processed immediately for fast delivery, so we cannot amend or cancel once an order is placed.

Returns are available. Register your item on our returns portal within 28 days and ensure it reaches us within 30 days.

Keep your proof of postage until you receive our confirmation email.

Can I Exchange My Order?

We offer size-for-size exchanges for the same product.

If you want a different product, return the original item and place a new order.

What if my parcel is lost?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the parcel:

  1. Check with anyone at your address, concierge or reception.
  2. Look around the property and with neighbours. Couriers may leave items in safe places like a porch, shed or garage.
  3. Check for a delivery card, email or in-app photo showing where it was left.
  4. Follow any instructions on the card to request redelivery or arrange collection.
  5. Contact your local Delivery Office or Post Office and quote the Royal Mail tracking number to confirm the delivery address and status.

Can i return a sale item?
  • Faulty items: Yes. If your product is faulty, you can return it.
  • Non-faulty items: No returns on heavily discounted items.
  • Size exchanges: We’ll exchange for a different size of the same product if stock is available.
